4 egg yolks
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1/4 cup KeyLime juice (add more for tartness)
4 egg whites
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 Tbsp. white sugar
1 pie shell
1. Blend egg yolks and condensed milk. Add KeyLime juice to taste.
2. Pour into baked pie shell or grahamcracker crust.
3. In a seperate bowl, beat egg whites until stiff. Add 1/2 tsp. vanilla and 2 Tbsp. sugar. Blend well and pour over pie filling.
4. Bake in oven at 400° until meringue is lightly browned. Chill and serve
cold
