mmm... keylime! KeyLime Pie
  1. 1. Blend egg yolks and condensed milk. Add KeyLime juice to taste.
  2. 2. Pour into baked pie shell or grahamcracker crust.
  3. 3. In a seperate bowl, beat egg whites until stiff. Add 1/2 tsp. vanilla and 2 Tbsp. sugar. Blend well and pour over pie filling.
  4. 4. Bake in oven at 400° until meringue is lightly browned. Chill and serve cold.
